Refund Policy
Because every magazine is made just for you, here's how refunds work.
Before production. If you change your mind before we start designing, we'll issue a full refund.
During design. Minor revisions are included before final approval — tell us what to change and we'll fix it.
After production. Because each magazine is fully personalised and printed on demand, we're unable to refund completed orders. If your magazine arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
